I booked many days multiple rooms. I made one wrong booking because of your automated system . I have asked to change it from the 17 to the 10th. I have stayed here all week but staff in particular suwhaporrn were very rude and refused to help. I also noticed they have racist tendencies. The darkness of my skin makes them treat me bad.
